We are committed to delivering the high quality matcha products at Mujo Matcha.

No Cancellations

Please take care when placing your order, as orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Our preparation process begins shortly after your order is received to ensure maximum freshness and quality.

Refunds

Please note that given the perishable nature of our matcha products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once a delivery is completed. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Mujo Matcha , you may email us at Contact@mujomatcha.co.za to discuss your issue. 

If you believe you have received a defective, spoiled, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number;
  • A description of the issue; and
  • Clear photographs of the item in question.

We will assess the matter promptly, and if a legitimate issue is confirmed, we will provide a suitable remedy which may include a replacement or refund.
